To create continuity in the event while allowing for sharing of ideas and the growth of the organization PCR has a 2 tier committee system. The director and assistant directors sign up for 4 year shifting roles. Their first year is assisting a director. Their second year is directing with the assistance of the previous director. The third year is directing with a new assistant director and the final year is assisting the new director. The financial director takes personal liability for the finances for their term.
