Pagan Community Retreat (PCR) is a pagan camping event that brings the pagan community, in nature, for an enlightening, spiritual, and educational camping experience enjoyed by pagans and their families.
PCR is a nonprofit, unincorporated association. Sponsorships help us offset event expenses, keep registration affordable, and introduce our campers to businesses, creators, organizations, and other resources within the wider pagan community.

Sponsorship Opportunities
Every PCR attendee receives an entry in our event sweepstakes, with opportunities to purchase additional entries. Donated prizes are displayed throughout the retreat and promoted as part of the event.
🪨Stone Sponsorship
Cost: A donation to the PCR sweepstakes
Stone Sponsors receive:
- A listing on the printed event schedule
- An SEO-friendly listing and link on the PCR website
- Sweepstakes promotion with a link on PCR social media
- Sponsor information displayed at the sweepstakes table
🌿Branch Sponsorship
Cost: $35 plus a donation to the PCR sweepstakes
Branch Sponsors receive:
- A listing on the printed event schedule
- An image, business description, and link on the PCR website
- Promotion on PCR social media
- Sweepstakes promotion on PCR social media

- A 4 × 5-inch advertisement on one of our camper information boards

Cost: $75 plus a donation to the PCR sweepstakes

Become a Sponsor
Vend at PCR
Vending is available to businesses, artists, makers, readers, healers, and community organizations participating at any PCR sponsorship level. In addition to the selected sponsorship fee and sweepstakes donation:
- All vending staff must be registered PCR campers.
- Vendors must follow the PCR Vendor Policy.
- Vending locations, schedules, setup requirements, and other event-specific details will be provided before the retreat.
