Sponsorship is important to us because it helps us subsidize the campout to keep the cost low as well as introduce our campers to great community resources. We host a sweepstakes type of raffle at the event. All attendees receive an entry to win with the option of purchasing additional tickets. The prizes are displayed throughout the campout. The camper information boards mentioned below are updated daily with the schedule and contain maps and other important camp information.

All sponsor levels are welcome to vend at the event. We are still working out the vending details such as location and hours. In addition to your Sponsorship fee, PCR Campground will take a 10% commission of your income.

About the Event

PCR came into being to support the Southern California Pagans wanting to celebrate in nature with a camping weekend. We have conducted events since 2014 and are excited about our upcoming 11th annual event. This year our location will support up to 250 campers and we look forward to the growth. We have come a long way, but we still need your support.

Your generous contribution will help us bring the pagan community together, in nature, for an enlightening, spiritual, and educational camping experience enjoyed by pagans and their families by supplementing the expenses so we can keep the event affordable for all families.

Our Attendees and Audience

For our 11th annual PCR, we are anticipating 160 but can welcome up to 250. Our various social audiences and direct mailing lists are approximately 1,000 different contacts. Our audience is 97% in the United States and 92% in Southern California. Although the gender demographics are split differently over the different media (as expected) our audience is roughly 75% women. Our largest segments are women ages 35 to 44 (22%) and women ages 45 to 54 (19%).

Vending at PCR

Due to our location change, we are allowed vendors back at PCR! We are still working out some of the finer details but the cost of vending to PCR will be any level of sponsorship. Our hosts do require a 10% commission on all earnings. All vending staff must be registered campers.
