Registration purchases are non-refundable. Transfers must be managed by the event
committee. Pagan Community Retreat’s focus is on serving the community and is a
not-for-profit event. We set the price of the event at a rate that will pay for the expenses
and allow us to book the event site in the following year if we have maximum attendance.
To keep our price low for all attendees we do not offer refunds on registration.


Registrations can be transferred to another party if the transfer takes place a minimum of
2 weeks prior to the event kick-off date. To initiate a transfer you must contact
registration@pagancommunityretreat.org.
