Earth Connected Mudra Practitioner and Sacred Harper Teh will lead participants in Earth-Centered Mudras (hand meditations) for greater connection and manifestation, beginning with a beginner’s explanation of mudras using a musical analogy and live harp accompaniment.
How-ka! Teh (prounounced like “Day” with an aspirated D/T meaning Heart in Unami) Magee-Hill grew up strongly connected to e’s ancestral home land of the Ramapo Mountains and has always maintained an Earth Centered spiritual practise. Teh’s current day job is San Diego air pollution regulation but e’s passion is holding healing space for e’s self and others with Earth Connected Mudras and live harp music. Teh is a Certified Therapeutic Musician who has professionally harped in hospital, hospice, assisted living and yoga class settings. Teh’s PCR 2024 wish is to connect more with the land e currently co-creates with through the Kumeyaay language, Earth Center Mudras and music. U-ho-yAy Thank you.
