Pagan Community Retreat 2024 is taking place at Down-to-Earth Ecoshire in Sage, CA Friday, April 19 through Sunday, April 21. We are thrilled to open registration for this event! PCR is a traditional drive-up (no hiking required) pagan camping experience. All attendees are responsible for their own accommodations (tent, sleeping bag, car, camper, etc) and their own food and water. The Ecoshire offers flush and compost toilets, running water, a solar shower, and ice and wood purchases on site. Please note if there is a burning ban there may not be access to the campfire for food preparation. Register today to claim your spot at this amazing community camping experience.

Pricing for Registration
The mission of PCR is to bring the pagan community together, in nature, for an enlightening, spiritual, and educational camping experience enjoyed by pagans and their families. To enable as many folks as possible to join us we keep the cost of the event as low as possible and do not charge for children attendees. We offer an early registration discount because when you book early we have the income we need to pay the bills. We certainly hope you can join us!
Overnight Camping for Adults includes access to the grounds on Friday at 8 AM and check out at noon on Sunday. What a great deal! Early Bird Adult Registration is $60 per person until March 19. After March 19, Adult Registration is $70 per person.
Day Visits for Adults include access to the grounds any single day of the campout from 8 am to 11 pm. Day Visit Registration is $35. There are no early discounts or late fees for this ticket type.
Minors attend for free (anyone 17 and under) and must be accompanied by their legal guardian.
Registration for Special Sites
Drive-Up Camp Sites The campground includes limited private camping spaces comfortable for up to 6 campers. Look at the Map to get an idea of their location. Register your drive-up site for an $80 fee. There are only 4 drive-up sites available. There is a $100 refundable cleaning deposit required for all special sites. It will be returned when the site inspection shows no trash or damage left behind. These spots are first come, first serve with limited availability.
Hike-Up Tent Sites The campground includes limited private camping spaces comfortable for up to 6 campers. Unlike the drive-up sites, campers will not be able to unload their gear directly at these sites. Look at the Map to get an idea of their location. Register your Walk-up site for an additional $50 fee. There are only 6 sites available. There is a $100 refundable cleaning deposit required for all special sites. It will be returned when the site inspection shows no trash or damage left behind. These spots are first come, first serve with limited availability.
RV Spots must be registered. There is no fee and no hookups. We ask for registration only to manage the occupancy. These spots are first come, first serve with limited availability.

COVID-19 Policy
We recognize that medical treatment is a decision between individuals and their healthcare professionals. As such, we will not require COVID-19 vaccinations for PCR 2024. If new information or legal or contractual mandates require us to change this policy we will notify all and allow for refunds as indicated in the communications. At this time, based upon CDC recommendations for outdoor events we will not be requiring masks at activities. This policy is also subject to change based upon changing situations, or legal or contractual mandates. If the masking policy changes we will not be making refund allowances.
