Our 2027 theme is “Turning the Wheel.”
The wheel turns through seasons, life’s changes, and the traditions we carry forward. What does that turning mean in your practice, and what might you share with our community?
We invite artists, storytellers, covens, groves, kindreds, elders, academics, musicians, and other members of our pagan community to offer rituals, hands-on workshops, activities, and discussions at Pagan Community Retreat, April 16–18, 2027.
Help us explore the wheel through your own practices and cosmologies. Your offering might celebrate seasonal cycles, explore renewal and transformation, honor ancestors and traditions, or connect us with the rhythms of the natural world. We welcome a variety of perspectives and experiences, along with opportunities to learn, create, and celebrate together.
Submissions should connect with our theme and/or the season between Spring Equinox and Beltane. With Earth Day approaching, offerings that encourage care for the land and deepen our relationship with nature are also welcome.
Some guidelines to follow for submission:
- Rituals should be no longer than 50 minutes.
- Workshops and Activities are generally no longer than 45 minutes, some more involved activities may be scheduled as more than one workshop slot.
- All presenters must be paid and registered PCR 2026 attendees to be confirmed.
- All presenters must adhere to the Presenter Policy for PCR.
Submissions are due by January 31, 2027
