To create continuity in the event while allowing for sharing of ideas and the growth of the organization PCR has a 2 tier committee system. The director and assistant directors sign up for 4 year shifting roles. Their first year is assisting a director. Their second year is directing with the assistance of the previous director. The third year is directing with a new assistant director and the final year is assisting the new director. The financial director takes personal liability for the finances for their term.

In 2001 I was introduced to my new found path of Wicca. For years, I was primarily a solitary practitioner. In 2011 I moved to San Fernando Valley and wanted to get to know more like minded persons. I found The Pasadena Witch and Pagan Network. Through them I was introduced to my new path of Druidism with Ravens Cry Grove, ADF and also to Pagan Pride LA/OC. Katelyn has identified as a practicing witch and pagan for over 14 years, but learned how to read runes at 11 years old and has obsessed over astrology for 25 years. Although never confirmed, Katelyn’s maternal grandmother may have been a witch, as she passed down reading the runes to Katelyn’s mother and then to Katelyn.

Briar is a tattoo artist who specializes in botanical tattoos, and has a special love for flora and fauna. He has been connecting with nature on a spiritual level since he was 17. Whether it’s through hiking or meditation, the outdoors is his cathedral.
Starting in 2020, Briar has designed a Tarot deck exploring spirituality from an androgynous perspective. It is greatly inspired by stained glass windows, and the roles that femininity and masculinity play in divination. This project will be in production sometime in 2026 by US Games Systems.
