Come join PCR in their Dutch Oven Breakfast Fundraiser. Hosted by Cross Sidhe and his “It’s OK Kitchen”, enjoy a magical cowboy style breakfast cooked in the old tradition of using cast iron skillets and dutch ovens cooked over a campfire (conditions permitting).
Cross Sidhe had been cooking with dutch ovens and cast iron for many years. His “It’s OK Kitchen” has cooked for many public and privet and public gatherings. As a cast iron collector and “cooky” I feel the connection to the ancestors by restoring cast iron and cooking in the old traditions.
