Pagan Community Retreat does not simply happen for the community. It happens because of the community. Let’s talk about how you can get involved with Pagan Community Retreat.
Help Us Create the Magic
Every workshop shared, camper welcomed, prize donated, and helping hand offered adds something to the weekend. Whether you want to share your knowledge, lend a little time, or help keep PCR affordable, you can play a part in creating the experience we gather to enjoy.
Present at PCR
Share What You Know
Lead a ritual. Teach a skill. Start a conversation. Make something together. Tell a story, share a tradition, or invite the community into a meaningful experience.
PCR welcomes seasoned presenters and first-time facilitators alike. If you have knowledge, creativity, or a practice that could help people learn, connect, reflect, or celebrate together, we would love to hear your idea.
Volunteer
Lend a Hand
A little help can make a big difference at camp. Volunteers greet arriving campers, assist presenters, make announcements, help with setup and cleanup, and support the many small tasks that keep the retreat running smoothly.
Volunteering also gives you an easy way to meet people and become part of the community, especially if you are attending PCR for the first time.

Sponsor PCR
Help the Community Gather
Sponsors help PCR manage event expenses, keep registration affordable, and introduce our campers to businesses, organizations, creators, and resources that serve the Pagan community.
Individuals, groups, and businesses can support PCR through donated goods, financial sponsorships, or a combination of both. Sponsorship also provides opportunities for promotion, community visibility, and vending at the retreat.

Every Contribution Matters
You do not need to lead a ritual, volunteer all weekend, or make a large donation to make a difference. Bring what you can. Offer what feels right. Help us build the kind of Pagan community you want to experience.
Not sure where you fit? Contact us at yourfriends@pagancommunityretreat.org, and we will help you find a way to get involved.
