Masking can be a powerful tool, allowing us to easily engage in storytelling while portraying ancestors, animals, and mythical entities. The third and final workshop discusses using masks as ritual objects, allows participants to embody their mask through movement and dance, and guides participants in the final decoration and completion of their mask.

The second workshop presents ideas on how masks are used to guise, disguise, and make invisible, continues with some theatrical mask work, and guides participants in painting their masks.

Led by 2023-2024 Director Chelsea Osbon, we will gather for our traditional Closing Ceremony! We will say our farewells and give our thanks to those who have gathered with us and invite everyone to join us as we set our intentions for the year to come as we officially end PCR 2023.
