Pagan Community Retreat’s focus is on serving the community and is not a for profit event. The size of the event and our pricing policy prohibit us from being able to waive attendance fees or pay presenters. The purpose of the event is to build community and develop relationships and as such all presenters must also be attendees of the event. Requests for donations to cover the cost of supplies are permitted within reason. No presenters will be confirmed/added to the schedule until their registration to the event is complete.
*Please note that any recording of a presentation or ritual MUST be approved by the programming committee in advance of the PCR event, signage must be posted clearly, and the presenter must announce it at the beginning of their presentation. Recording should only be of the presenter(s) and not of audience or attendees at the presentation.
